一、工具破秘法

工具/原料
5秒WORD-EXCEL密码破解.exe
一个加密的文件

步骤如下：

1、百度一下图示的关键字，选择第一条，或者百度5秒WORD-EXCEL密码破解，应该也有的，不过担心有的网站是骗人的，有病毒。

2、点击下方的连接，下载软件，软件不是很大，直接下载下来就可以了，下载下来是一个压缩包，解压该压缩包。

3、打开压缩包解压出来的文件夹，第二个文件就是我们的密码破解工具，双击打开工具。

4、浏览，找到我们要破解的文件，点击确定，破解就开始啦。

5、点击移除密码。

6、弹出对话框，点击确定，当然，电脑是要能联网的，相信你能看到这篇经验，电脑应该也是能联网的。

7、解密时间要看密码复杂程度，不过应该没有太变态的密码。

8、当当当当，成功破解密码，并且生成了一个新的没有密码的文件

二、无工具破解法

1、打开您需要破解的Excel文件

2、依次点击菜单栏上的工具---宏----录制新宏；

3、输入宏名字（PS：打击积极性啊！）如:易尔拓，然后停止录制(这样得到一个空宏，为后面添加vb代码做准备)；

4、依次点击菜单栏上的工具---宏----宏,选易尔拓,点编辑按钮；
删除窗口中的所有字符,替换为下面的内容；

5、依次点击菜单栏上的工具---宏-----宏,选AllInternalPasswords,执行,确定两次；
